What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Do you accept returns?
No. At this moment, we are not offering returns, however if you have issues with your purchase, reach out via email at shopjanesroses@gmail.com.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it can take up to 4 business days to process for delivery/ shipping as all products are handmade. Once order is shipped please use the tracking number sent to your email address to stay up-to-date on the whereabouts of your package.Â
